Effect of inhibitory compounds on platelet aggregation in response to TX receptor agonist, U46619. Platelets (0.4x 109 plt/ml) were pretreated with 50 μM of inhibitory compounds 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9 then triggered with 1 μM U46619, a thromboxane receptor agonist. Aggregation curves of compounds of type I (A) and type II (B) are representative of 2 experiments with similar results.
